Top Ten Favorite Movie Lines
by
Kara Leigh Miller

In my new anthology, Romantic Ruckus, is a silly (and vulgar) story I wrote entitled IN THE MOVIE BUFF. The premise is quite simple: A man goes on a date with a woman he met on an online dating site, a woman who only speaks in quoted movie lines. I had a lot of fun writing this story because I myself am a huge movie fan. My husband and I are always quoting random movie lines at each other for no apparent reason. Lol. So, I thought it only appropriate I share my Top Ten Favorite Movie Lines with all of you!

1.   “You’re about as useful as a poopy flavored lollipop.” (Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story)
2.   “You shut your mouth when you’re talking to me!” (Wedding Crashers)
3.   “Do I make you horny, baby?” (Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery)
4.   “What’s my name? Say my name, bitch!” (American Pie)
5.   “These go to eleven!” (Spinal Tap)
6.   “You know, like nun chuck skills, bow hunting skills, computer hacking skills... Girls only want boyfriends who have great skills.” (Napoleon Dynamite)
7.   “You can’t handle the truth!” (A Few Good Men)
8.   “Sometimes being a bitch is the only thing a woman has to hold on to.” (Dolores Claiborne)
9.   “When I first saw you, I thought you were handsome. Then, of course, you spoke.” (As Good As It Gets)
10.                “I can’t believe I gave my panties to a geek.” (Sixteen Candles)

So, what’s your favorite movie or movie quote?
